Turn off the lights!

Healthier for you and your family: Turn off the lights, get some sleep, and do something for the environment, too.

By far too often, we have too much lamps on at night. Not healthy for us, not healthy for the environment. And we have to pay for this waste of electricity. Money you could better use for nice things, a good pillow, a nice massage, maybe some nice tea?

Therefore: Switch off all lamps you don’t need.

And regarding sleep and sleep depriviation, you may want to check out what Arianna Huffington wrote about it. 10 years ago she collapsed due to lack of sleep.
